3stepIT, a leading provider of end-to-end circular technology solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Skytech Control, a Norwegian technology company renowned for its employee-centric automation and digital solutions.
As a result of the agreement, the Nordic circular leader will begin offering its customers 3stepIT Control, a new service powered by Skytech Control that aims to unlock significant productivity gains for businesses by automating employee onboarding and offboarding, managing salary sacrifice deductions, and implementing purchasing policies using the company's own HR system.
The digital tool is also designed to directly empower corporate technology users by offering them the flexibility to choose their preferred devices, access employee purchase programs, and automate key workflows. This enhances process optimisation and oversight while simultaneously boosting employee satisfaction.
Additionally, thanks to 3stepIT’s expertise in end-to-end circular technology solutions, the service ensures responsible practices, supporting employees and their equipment throughout their entire lifecycle.
3stepIT Control will be initially rolled out in all 3stepIT Nordic markets as part of the company’s standard lifecycle management offerings. Availability in the other European markets covered by the BNP Paribas 3 Step IT Joint Venture will follow in the coming months.
