Staffan Wahlström has joined 3stepIT as Group Chief HR Officer and Riessen Hill has been nominated as the new Chief Operations Officer.
Staffan Wahlström is responsible for the group level strategic HR development and is a member of GLT. Staffan has a strong background in several HR roles in multiple organisations and his latest position was in DLL Finance where he worked as Vice President HR, Global Commercial Domain.

New Operations team
Riessen Hill joined 3stepIT in 2018 as Director of Business Transformation. From February, he is appointed as to the position of Chief Operations Officer. The newly created Operations team works across the company with the objective of streamlining the way 3stepIT business is run.
Before 3stepIT Riessen Hill worked as Director of Technology at Lombard Technology Services. His asset finance experience covers operations, customer experience, residual value risk, remarketing, procurement, and service delivery.
“The operations team’s aim is to ensure that all of our customers are served with efficiency and effectiveness. We operate across the organisation driving continuous improvement and business process alignment to support our digital transformation and BNP partnership ambitions”, says Riessen Hill.
“We are planning on vigorous growth continuing in our current markets, and in addition we expect to grow through the BNP Paribas partnership announced in February. These additions to the team ensure that we are in the best position to take advantage of this opportunity”, says 3stepIT’s CEO Carmen Ene.
