To lead brand development
3stepIT has appointed Maria Lini as Senior Group Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of the company’s strategy for brand, external and internal communications.
Maria brings 15 years’ experience to role, with corporate communications expertise including media strategy, executive 
communications, and employee engagement.
A technology, mobile and IoT specialist, Maria has previously managed the brand and reputation of Vodafone Business, where she supported the company’s global external communications programme and analyst relations.
Reporting to 3stepIT’s Group Marketing Director, Maria is charged with building a global brand for the sustainable Technology Lifecycle Management provider, as the company undergoes rapid expansion across Europe as part of its joint venture with BNP Paribas.
She will work closely alongside CEO, Carmen Ene, to ensure the brand proposition clearly reflects the support 3stepIT can offer both enterprise and the public sector organisations working to deliver the net zero transition and comply with an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
In addition, Maria will be responsible for motivating the 3stepIT team around a strong common purpose and driving engagement with the company’s strategic objectives through a dynamic internal communications programme.
